What should I do with this SPD+ DEF- Fjorm?

I just got this Fjorm in the banner. On one hand, the merge update is coming up and if I decide to actually use her I'll use this SPD+ one from now on. On the other, I kinda want to fodder her for Atk/Def Bond. I know that it's a sacred seal, but I actually never got it (my tablet was acting up for a few days until I had to factory reset the damn thing). It should be made available soon, right? But I disgress. Even if I did have the seal, I would still consider giving Atk/Def Bond to someone. Your thoughts?
