What should I do with P Olivia?

I got a second P Olivia today by accident. My old ones IVs are -atk +res and the new one is
-hp +atk. Should I fodder this one or merge her? Also is a -atk POlivia still viable as a mage check if Shes using Kitty Paddle or does the +atk one needed to use the Kitty Paddle?

I've pulled two of them too, I decided not to merge them.
Distant counter is such a good skill to inherit, even though I don't have anyone to give it to yet...

On the contrary I've merged my two shigures because meh.

I'd give the kitty paddle to the +Atk one, if I ever pulled a Sakura. -Atk is pretty weak imho
