What should I do with my team?

So far my team consists of Lyn, Lucina, RobinM (5*) and Serra(4*). Possible replacement I have is Marth(5*), Tharja(5*), Azura, Catria(5*). This team struggles against lance users. I have a 4* Camilla with -ATK, +Res (which is the worst you can get), and a 4* Cecilia (I don't know the exact IV for her). I have enough resource to unlock one character's potential. What could I do to my team that will make my team stronger against others in Arena?

Best team composition I'm seeing would be Lucina, Robin, Camilla, Azura. If you need more green units female Robin isn't terrible. I wouldn't recommend using any feathers to 5 star a unit until you summon something a little more useful though.

You have an Azura and you don't use her?! Jeez. You definitely need Azura on your team for sure at the very least. She's a game changer for most.

I just pulled her from a summon, her level is still to low to enter arena. I will eventually include her in my team, but I still need a powerful green unit.
