Ok for my zelgius +atk/-def
Should I give quick reposition as a b slot and heavy blade seal or do a different b slot and go for quick reposition seal?

Answers

I'd give him QR seal and keep his Warp Powder. The extra movement it provides is exceptionally useful for an armor, especially in the absence of Armor March.

You can go for Vantage as his B-skill and use Quick Riposte as his seal. This turns Zelgius into pretty much a red Hector with more power in enemy phase. Just watch out for those blue units.
