what should i change in my flier emblem team?

The most obvious change here should be one of the two red fliers.
Removing either one of them would work and a replacement of a sweeper flier would do you wonders.

Unless, you are looking for a help in terms of change in skills.

You should replace one of the red fliers as the guy above me said. I would suggest replacing on of them with a strong nuker like Cherche or Cordelia to secure kills. For Cordelia, Firesweep is her best bet; Brave axe for Cherche.
