What should be my go to unit be?

...and should I even have something like that?

Like I stated before, not many of my units are skill enhanced as I'm late to the party regarding that.

Also would like to know, if the few enhancements I have made, are stupid!?)

My best units probably are:

Ryoma HP+/SPD- (he is somewhat enhanced with Renewal 2, Reciprocal Aid, Aegis and Threaten Atk 3)...so he works as a tank

Camilla++ SPD+/HP-...not a fan of hers as there are so many archers...but since she is ++ there might be some value (didn't know about IV either...since I penciled down their stats, I now know that the fed units were HP+/ATK- and HP+/RES-...so did I keep the right one?

Olivia RES+/DEF- (with Wings of Mercy 2, New Moon)

My Dragons:

Fae SPD+/ATK- (she got Ardent Sacrifice, Glacies)

Tiki (Y) ATK+/RES-

Nowi SPD+/ATK-

some Riders:

two neutral Brave Lyns (merging?)

...soon (Tuesday) a Reinhardt ATK+/HP- ...or should I rather promote Klein to 5*s first?

Cain RES+/DEF-

Peri ATK+/DEF-

Cecilia RES+/SPD-

Some mages:

Nino RES+/ATK-

Julia ATK+/DEF- (just got her...still level 1)...is she worth mentioning? Some here seem to like her. How is she compared to Nino and Boey?

Robin (M) DEF+/HP-

Tharja RES+/SPD-

some Healers/Daggers:

Lachesis ATK+/HP-

Clarine HP+/SPD-

Kagero ATK+/DEF-

Sheena HP+/ATK- (I like her, but she might need some cool skills)

...there are some others (a Lucina DEF+/SPD-, a neutral Roy, a Marth HP+/RES-, Mathilda SPD+/RES-, Clive, Starters) but I hope I got the best ones but I never use them

Right now I'm going with Ryoma, Fae and the two Brave Lyns for most of the time, but that leaves me without any mage...sometimes swapping one of the Lyns for Peri (still no mage). Blue seems to be my weak point...taking Nowi in the team makes it somewhat immobile...Reinhardt may make up for both problems.

So is Ryoma, Reinhardt, Fae and Brave Lyn the way to go, especially if I'm using auto battle a lot (when my girlfriend is with me, I need to be quick to not bother her too much)?

Help appreciated, since I feel like having a totally new game after finding this site here (IV's, Skills from others). I feel so stupid...didn't even take the Masked Marth...but I guess still better than starting over.
