What is the Max Number of Merges as Grand Hero who is currently in rotation can have?

I wanted to know how many Legions I should have merged on my good boy by now, since I know what I was playing before I got into the heavy stuff that I may not have gotten all the reward Legions/Accidentally merged one before I 5*’d it so I want to know how many I might be missing.

My Legion is currently +3.

Also, would giving him Aether be a good idea? With Fury costing him health and Legion getting stuck well away from my normal healer, I thought Sol would help keep him from dying right away, but I then remembered Aether. Should I make the jump?

Most I've seen is a +6 on Narcian.

That is a devoted Narcian.

The maximum (if you are playing from the start) is +6. Otherwise, +3 or +4 if you play from when the rotation started.

Well shoot, I am missing some Legions then. I haven’t a clue which ones I’m missing, either.

Simply put, the ones from his GHB rerun.
You should try building up another Axe User (Raven is the premium choice), or, if you really, really love and want to use him for Arena, use him along Manaketes and armors (Hardin and Zelgius are excellent teammates).

I think I’ve built up too many axe users at this point, but Legion is my favorite because of his character design, and his personality. I really like that whole childish murderer type, and I think Legion does it a lot better than Peri.

Legion does super well where I have him - his team mates are Reinhardt, Azama and Ryoma.
