What if

FEH didn't have the IV system, and instead function on the typical "hope you get good level ups" system?

This means that it's possible, though unlikely, for a unit to get +1 to every stat on every level up.

Meaning a unit can have +49 to all their stats from base.

Or a unit could get a lot of +0 stats (kinda like stats in SoV) and end up having horrible stats in the end.

The risk is far too great for it to truly be a viable option. Not to mention level resets would be buyable and people would cry powercreep over that too.

Crowns could be used to reset levels making them very worthwhile, while being scarce enough that people would have to really consider the consequences of losing really reasonable stats for a chance at huge gains.

Like Pokemon system? You get the highest enemy stat of the units you fight. If you fight a lot of high res you build your own res up. I wouldn't like it.

No like the Fire Emblem system where you have a rate to level up each stat randomly. Like if Leon has a 50% chance to level his attack, 30% speed each level.

You mean have them give us 10s of 100s of different RNG rolls to get screwed by as opposed to the measly two rolls that IVs have? I too enjoy routinely torturing myself. If I wanted to play an FE game with shitty growth rates, I'd play Echoes. At least I can reset there.
