What if

There was a permanent 1 star banner, no focuses, but it had every non seasonal unit on it.

How would this banners rolling be balanced? Orbs? Arena Medals?Another currency?

1 Arena Medal for 1 summon, I guess? Since you get a good amount of Arena Medals every battle, I guess it's fine, though if you summon too much you're probably not going to be able to refine as many weapons.

Honestly I've had an idea for a permanent "daily" banner for a while now. No 5 stars, only 3 and 4. You get one pull on it daily, from your choice of color. Only the one pull per day. Basically a permanent fodder/merges banner. And of course new units would be added to it as they get demoted.

Well, Medals are grindable, so I'm not sure about that.

I'd say feathers or emblems (or whatever those useless colored things are called)
With maybe a daily free summon on them.

I would expect another currency, or else orbs at a cheaper price (3-4 a pull?)

But really I would expect a normal price orb banners for normal 4*, just maybe with certain 4* seasonals added on occasion, not permanently.
