While that is true they are not going to care to much about your scathing message. IS is not the sort of company that gives a rat's ass about one person or even a large group of people complaining. It has to be a MASSIVE effort to by a major chunk of the dedicated fan base to get then to do anything. I have sent many a message asking about certain things in the game and they just say they can't tell you.

I know what they do, thats why I never bothered putting in anykind of inquiry before,because theyre a shit company that doesnt run the game for the fans, they run it for the devs.

I've only ever seen one person say they enjoy doing tap battles, over 90% of the playerbase wouldnt bother with them if there were no rewards.

Forging Bonds are a once in a while thing, same thing with tempest trials, theyre not a mode thats always around to be played.

I just forgot about demotions since I rarely ever actually see any units that were a part of the mass demotion anyway, but youve got a point in that.

I really don't know why they seem to love Tap Battles so much that they have one running at all times. Personally, I do the minimum necessary to get the rewards, then ignore it. There aren't even daily quests for it anymore like there used to be (or at least not when I look), so there's literally zero reason to bother. OTOH, if they had a Tempest Trial running at all times (meaning start a new one as soon as the previous one ended), I'd probably do that regularly.

While I do agree on the part where you that the game lacks content, I can't totally agree on the part about the arena, the only thing I would change about it would be the BST part, before the bonus point per bonus units kill it was just a color matching mode and it wasn't that fun and challenging.
Also I think that's not how you do it, you can't just say arena is bad, give your solution, anyone can rant about something but that won't change anything as they will read it once and that's it, if you give them an idea they can have an input about how they can fix it
