I know you didn't ask for backstory but whatever! All of this is basically coming out of my ass, mind you.
I learned to use an axe in my travels because I preferred to feel the rush of battle in a more personal and direct way than that of transforming into a dragon. Traveling more often than not took me to human lands so learning to fight like them was an interest of mine. Black Dragons tend to lose themselves in the heat of the moment-- especially in battlefields/ similar circumstances-- and more so when transformed. Learning to fight with an axe was something meant to counteract that. Traveling Historian because of the Black Dragons incredibly long life spans and an intense interest in traveling around the world to experience and learn new things.

Side note: too op? Pretty balanced? Too weak? I was thinking he'd be a tier 1.5 to 2 type unit, because as much as I love him, he wasn't a lord or main character so I wouldn't want him to be tier 1, necessarily (though he did teach ike a thing or two, so...).

Makes it so that Vengeance will deal 75% of missing HP 87.5% of missing HP 100% of missing HP. 58 atk 39 spd 40 def 33 res with Fury 3.
