What have I done?

Inverting into her,I gave her Darting Blow,Spd +3 Seal,Spd Refine and on Player Phase she has 43 and enemy phase 37.Am I screwed for wasting my time for her player phase?

Build:
Deft harpoon +Spd
Reposition
Glimmer
Darting Blow
Despreration
Lance Valor for SP grinding or otherwise Hone Atk 3
Spd +3

Please,any tips to help I would like a lot.

43 is good; she will double a lot things. If it's not enough let her teammate give her a hone. I'm a little more concerned about her attack. Where is it, 47ish? She wants moonbow at that level of attack.
