What happens if you change a seal/skill on a unit on your defense team?

I've heard that it's necessary to play one map with a defense team after making adjustments to it. Can anybody confirm this?

And if that is so, do people face the team I "submitted" even if someone else in the barracks steals one of their seals or I switch out some of the skills for others?

For the first question, it's kind of recommended that you do so that you can try to see how the AI moves your team. It also helps you see what units have good synergy with each other.

For your second question, the answer is yes. You can only have one of each seal, so if the unit isn't using it, then it won't be shown when other players find your defense team. As for the skills, they're still on the same unit that you're using for arena defense, so they'll still be there.

TL;DR, your arena defense units will still stay on your team no matter what you do unless you unequip them from the team. As for playing a map w/ your team, it does and doesn't help. Anyone can manipulate the AI, and it always loves using assist skills.

He’s asking, if you have change a character on your defense team, are you required to plan a match before the change takes affect. Otherwise, will it remain with your previous line up.

Second part. Asking about seals equipped to a hero on your defense team. If my Roy has Distant Defense 3 and is on my defense team, then I wanna use DD3 on my black knight will it update inatantally and my Roy will be without a seal? This takes us back to question 1, will it only update if he does one match.
