What is happening here?...

So, I might be making a really stupid question, but... How come this Lyn didn't get Ployed by Loki? Loki is equipped with Spd and Atk Ploy 3 and has 35 Res (Res Tactic 3 + Res superboon). Even if Tharja's Spur Res affected her Res stat (which it doesn't, for Ploys, anyway), she'd still only have 34 Res, just enough to get hit with the Ploy skills.

Res Tactics doesn't factor into Ploys offensively. Apparently the Ploys activate at higher priority so they take effect prior to the unit receiving the Tactics boost. It can help prevent the enemy from Ploying you but not the other way around.

Do you know if it's just Res Tactic, or any kind of Res buff like Fortify or Res Wave will also not work for Ploys offensively?

I believe it's the same for Res Wave and Fortify, the Ploy activates ahead of any of them at the start of the turn.

Same for all visible buffs - fortify, res wave, res tactic, anything.

I don’t know if this is correct, but I don’t think Ploy Skills count Res buffs (Like fortify, rally, etc.).

I believe it's not that they don't count them it's that the Ploy happens first at the start of the turn before Fortify/Tactics skills take effect. It should still help preventing the enemy from potentially Ploying you though, since they are already in effect when the enemies Ploy activates.
