What free Takumi?

How do you know we'll be receiving one? I don't have a Twitter account (in fact I do but I don't use it) so maybe I missed something?

Check the game updates.
It's kinda far down, but everyone will get getting a free Takumi.
If your a new player, he'll come in the story instead of Virion (You'll still get Virion, just in your barracks instead)
