Yes she is my only physical tank in this team. I also have micaiah to tank some magic

I dont think wrath actually working there.
You will want faster cd specials if you want to proc it in battle.
if you plan to heal to enter wrath range, i dont know if that could happen, she has too high HP.
you would need 2 heals to enter wrath range, but renewal will heal you back up.

What can I use instead? I was thinking maybe bonfire or glimmer.

bonfire will work, since you are going to get doubled.
and as long as your foe do at least 7 damage, you will be doing 32 damage bonfire.

Alright thanks. And how about reciprocal aid instead of ardent sacrifice to enter wrath easier?

Oh that can work too.
you can reciprocal aid to micaiah on turn 1, then when turn 2 comes you can get -1 cd from wrath.
so you might be able to use ignis that way, potential 45 extra damage during combat on turn 2.
