So I rolled a 5 stars Peri +spd -res and I gave her Swordbreaker and Draw Back from Sully, but since she's a -res IV I don't if I should keep the Resistance +3, what could be more useful for her A slot?

Avoid wasting points into skills that only give you a flat amount like Resistance +3, they're not really useful and if you really want to negate magic damage, give her Aegis.

Fury3 is the absolute best A slot. The flat increase to all stats is incredibly useful, and improves Arena score
