What to do with unusable Bridal Sheeda?

She’s +Def -Spd. My Tiltyu literally is better than her in every stat. Bridal Bouquet+ is kinda bad bc Tactics buffs exist, and her other skills are worthless. What do i do with this powercrept unit with terrible IVs?
