What to do with Takumi?

In the early days of this game I got a Takumi on the first banner featuring him and he served me very well. Since Tempest Trials launched I dropped the game and came back recently and already got a grasp of the changes but I also noticed Takumi is in the thrash tier. Not only did I get a Brave Lyn that does everything Takumi does but better, but I also got another Takumi on the latest banner. Any suggestions of what to do with him? I couldn't find many builds that use close counter other than H!Jakob (which I don't think I'll be getting any time soon due to him being a Halloween unit). Also, both Takumis have bad IV's and haven't inherited any skills.

For now since you don't have units that benefit from close counter. I recommend keeping the 2 CC fodders for future foddering. As when used on the right units for e.g. Armour mages/ bow units CC would be devastating

Any unit other than H!Jakob who is usable on a team not dedicated to armored units who would make a good use of CC?

If you get his Def/Res high enough using boosts it COULD, emphasis on could, work out with Male Morgan. However, this greatly depends on a close defense seal and a good team to support him(Miciah being a good teammate due to her exclusive Sacrifice assist skill) However, you will want a +Def boon and a -Hp Bane

Slaying Bow+ Faye, she is very bulky

Infantry unit such as Faye and Sophia can use close counter due to their decent mixed bulk

Any ranged unit that has around 28 def or higher can utilize CC well.

LA Lyn if u have her.
