What to do with -spd/+def Karla

So, it seems my early pulls have come with a price. All of the 5 stars i got so far have a -spd nature. I hope it doesn't continue, but i need to see how to best wor Karla. She is too good of a unit to fodder, especially since i don't have another right now, but do i change her build to compensate? Any ideas?
