What to do with +res -spd Hinoka?

Fodder her for Hone fliers, preferably to a more defensive flier like Michalis, Beruka, Subaki, Palla, etc. Brave Lance fodder is easy to come by, whereas Hone Fliers is really rare and valuable. She's also not terrible if you want to have her carry Hone Fliers herself, as the standard brave/death blow build will still work well for her, though not as well as Cordelia/Tana/a different Hinoka/Est with better IV's.
