What to do with Res ploy

I have 2 Sonya with -spd +def, pretty bad, and I builded one and the other is confortably sitting on the bench for the last 5 months. Now, I really don't know what to do of her... I run an almost dragon emblem team for arena with A!Tiki, Nowi and Cecilia so I was thinking that maybe I could run Res ploy on her to support my entire team!

At 38 res(+10 merges with SS and fury), she out resist most unit and it would synergize well! However, I don't even run hone atk on my team, so she could run it with the only bad part being that she won't benefit from it herself.

I feel hone atk is the most intelligent decision, who knows, maybe I'll pull a good Sonya one day even though I don't plan to do serious arena with her ever aside from AA and I fail to see what use to do of my extra one. I think my situation is about one of the best to run res ploy, and I still don't event hink it's that good. What do you guys think? Do you have any other Idea that could be of use?
