What to do with my Hinoka (WF)

I pulled a Hinoka (WF) recently, however she's -Atk, +Spd. I'm wondering if I should continue to build her or use her as Flier Formation fodder for my NY! Azura.

Reposition
(Whatever Special)
Fury
Desperation
(Whatever C skill)
(Whatever S skill) (Could be a Ploy, or Speed +3, or Attack +3)

I think this could work if you're running her with a Hone Fliers' user.

Spd is her more important stat and while it sucks she'll hit a little less hard, it won't be too bad especially with flier buffs and her default a skill. Mine's -sod and I plan on building her myself
