What to do with Mia

Okay drew a Mia a while back, but I'm torn with what to do with her. She has great IV's, +spd -hp, and I don't have another Mia, but I do have the myrmidon class pretty covered with OG!Lyn, B!Celica, Karla and a +1 Ayra. The only thing worth foddering would be flashing blade. I have a +3 merged +spd Ishtar that would make great use of flashing blade, being able to throw out one round Lunas. Obviously using the FB seal would be better, but there are some situations where it would be nice to have it built in, so I could give the seal to another unit for AR or AA. Sorry for the novel, but it boils down to is it worth building Mia or should I fodder for FB?
