What to do with L!Robin...

So while pulling for anything at this point, I got the one colorless I wanted. Sweet! But come to check her IVs, shes -Spd +HP. :V

I think I'm gunna build her still, just because shes a valuable unit, but is it really worth it? Who could benefit from her skills? What should I do?
