What to do with Kitty Paddle/Wading Stance 3?

I got pity broken by the Halloween Sakura, (already had a +spd -def one) which is +spd -atk and I have no use for her. Who should I give her Kitty Paddle+ or Warding Stance 3 to?

Felicia i'd say, but her plate is sooooooo much better. Give her warding stance

Should I just merge them?

If you use the original Neko Sakura you have and don't really have anyone who actually needs her skills, merging is a valid option.

sothe is a great option for foddering her paddle or even spring kagero. heck even normal kagero can use it too

but due note these will be offensive units and not mage bait. but rather mage killers
