OH GOD WHYYYYYY
I AM VERY MAD SO LET ME TELL YOU EVERYTHING FIRST.

So basically I got a new phone and couldn't transfer my previous account to the phone so I made a new one. I took advantage of the Hero Fest banner to spam orbs and got a +Atk -HP Nephenee.

And today the new banners were added, and when I saw Ophelia I started spamming orbs on the banner to try and grab her.

AND THEN I GET AN ISHTAR.
She's +Res -Atk, so I can fodder her for Odd Atk Wave, and I don't plan on giving up on Ophelia, but Nephenee doesn't have a C skill yet, so should I give Odd Atk Wave to Nephenee or wait for Ophelia?

I say wait for if you get Ophelia. Otherwise, Give it to Neph.

You could have just linked your account with Nintendo in order to keep it over multiple devices.

As for the atk wave - you should wait. Nephenee will survive without a C-skill for a while. Just summon more heroes and then decide what to do. Maybe you'll even find a better C-skill for Neph.

This. But primarily the linking your account thing.

If you still have your old phone, you can still create a nintendo account on that one and link the account to your new phone.
