What to do with Free Brave Summon?

So, I finally pulled all 4 heroes from CYL2, and now I'm free to decide which one I should pick.

I'm between Veronica and Celica, reasons being:
- I have a -atk Veronica, and merging into a neutral one would be highly beneficial especially for clearing GHBs and other such modes.
- Have DB4 for an Effie I just started building for arena since I pulled so many recently. Has DC + Berkut's Lance set, and a Death Blow + Bold Fighter + Brave Lance set. I'm thinking this is probably the best option.
- My current Celica I'm using is +3 merged, so I could just add on another point, but this is probably the least useful option.

I'd just like to hear some opinions about the best option to go with.

Eh I’d pick Veronica then to fix units. You don’t really need death blow 4. But it’s up to you since she’ll be a main in your core

Main reason I want DB4 is for the extra scoring. Although I DO have Distant Counter on her but it won't work well with Brave Lance and would have to stick with only Berkut's Lance for the score.

I have a -Atk Veronica, and her low attack hasn't really proved to be an issue for me during PvE content in any way, so the first point doesn't really matter from personal experience.

I don't think Effie really needs Death Blow 4. She's already one of the strongest units in the game counting raw attack power. Although Death Blow 4, in my opinion, isn't that great of a skill to fodder off a 5* exclusive unit, even if said unit is 'free'.

Just save your free summon for now, I guess.

It depends on what they do with DB4

If you really wanted DB4 on Effie, why would you have Celica at +3?

Seems to me of the two Veronica makes more sense.

I foddered one Celica before to my Cherche as she was the only one that could use DB4 and she’s part of my arena core, so the rest I just decided to merge as I got really lucky and pulled Celicas back to back so I figured I’d be able to get more. So much for that.

As for the Effie, I only JUST started building her up a few days ago, especially because I got a +atk -spd one recently. Then merged up a bunch of them. So this is after I got all those Celicas
