What to do with Festival Elincia?

Hi guys! So I finally got around to leveling my +Spd -Def Elincia and I'm not too sure what to do with her. Her speed is great but her attack is kinda disappointing, especially for having effective damage vs. dragons. The Kitty Paddle and Dancer's Fan builds here on GP are interesting, but I don't have the fodder for that (I do have a PA! Olivia but would rather keep her).

My question is, what are some builds I could run on her? For now I have the standard TA and WoM but even in matchups where she should have the advantage she may struggle to survive highly merged Reinhardts or fail to kill common lances and dragons just because they're too damn beefy.

Tbh, i see her being exclusively for utility. She could maybe work with Smoke Dagger to provide debuff support. Festival Elincia won’t be rocking any offensive build anytime soon due to her garbage attack.

Smoke Dagger, that's an interesting idea. Could work really well with windsweep and tactics, I'll give it a look. Thanks for that!

Just give her spd refine, glimmer and WoM and be done with her

True, I guess I was just disappointed since she didn't really have a clear niche compared to the rest of my dancers. Even PA! Shigure could rock TA with Swordbreaker, but yeah, I may just do that in the end.

Bro I feel you on so many levels. I have a +Atk -Def one, which is supposedly her best IVs, but I almost never use her.

A budget-y build that I gave her that's at least decent is Cloud Maiougi+ (Spd), Moonbow, Triangle Adept 3, Watersweep 3, Drive Res 2, and Attack +3. I had a spare Soren 5* that had pity-broken me a while a back so I gave it to her. It's pretty much just a dancer who can help finish off or chip away at Green and Blue dragons.

But man I wish I could do more with mine too.

Watersweep is a great idea! I usually have attack+3 on other units but maybe with Poison Strike for chip damage against dragons or with Phantom Speed for safety. I'll have to think about that one next time I pull a Soren, thanks for the suggestion.
