What to do with Elincia?

I just happened to summon a +Spd -HP Elincia on 3% rate. My current Elincia is +Hp -Def with the following set;
Amiti
Reposition
Luna
Death Blow 3
Flier Formation
Goad Fliers

I am definitely going to use the new Elincia, but I also want to give Flier Formation to my Azura. Is it worth sacrificing my already built Elincia for it, or should I just merge to get the +1 Hp and Spd?

If I were you, I'd fodder off your old one for Flier Formation on NY!Azura and level up the new +Spd one as your main one since you haven't really invested much into your current Elincia, it won't set you back too much.
