I just summoned a -Def +HP Deirdre and am wondering what do do with her. I I don't have a Julia, but I know she is similar, so should i build her the same way i would build a Julia?
I guess you could do that, but I think that she's more enemy phase oriented than Julia, so her optimal build could be different. I got her as well (but sadly she's +res -atk) and I'll be leveling her up and think of something after I'll be able to evaluate how she plays. So far I can only tell that her ideal special is Iceberg/Glacies.
Do we know how her Tome functions against Blade Tomes? I know it nullifies fortifies and such, but do we know if it also nullifies Blade buffs. because if so, with 44 (on your +Res one) res if you slap the DD seal on her and Quick Riposte she might even be able to bait red mages.
You can, but I'll be honest: many of the build still here are a little dated. I realized that this morning when I pulled a 5 star Tharja, went to go check build suggestions, and saw the writeup talking about countering Takumi.
Deidre is even more physically frail than Julia, but has more magic bulk. I agree with Guts in that she seems like a better bait unit than an attacker. You could play into that with Quick Riposte by giving her Distant Defense or Fury 3 and the Distant Defense Seal.
