What to do with a +Def -Spd Oscar

I pulled this thing and I can only see a much worse version of Camus (in terms of stats), who I already have as a 5 star. Don't know if I should use him as a fodder or train him for Squad\Arena Assault.

I would just train him for Arena Assault, as the builds out there that try to make him work all involve sacrificing at least 1 5 star unit to replace his weapon. I just don't find him worth the hassle, especially with sub-optimal IVs.
