What to do with bad IV Lucius, Sothe, and Karel?

So I used 200 orbs and pulled three 5* total, Lucius, Karel, and Sothe. Lucius and Karel are both -atk, Sothe is -spd +def. All garbage and I honestly don't care about any of them. What should i do with them? I assume wo dao+ is good. Sothe has life and death but that seems wasteful. Haven't even looked at Lucius past his nature.
