What to do with a bad IV alm [updated]

Found him in the Christmas banner with bad ivs (-speed +ho), and i'm full of reds. Pretty bad since it's the sixth non-focus i got in a row (the other 5 were from halloween and i only Tried the legendary afterwards).
Already have a lucina too.
After trying again to summon for Christmas units i Found a Faye and a alm. This alm is -atk +res.
I'm feeling like i'm being memed.

No, since they both carry the Falchion. They're the same, really, and if you don't have her, then no she isn't better since she isn't there(I started the game after she was gone). Also, no one should be oneshoting you as you should not be fighting much, just finishing people off if that. You have allies for a reason.

What you is just sit in the back with a hone or spur skill and use Reciprocal Aid/Ardent Sacrifice whenever someone needs it. With Renewal + Falchion, you'll be recovering 20 HP at the start of each map, because combat medic build are for Chain Challenges and Tempest Trials.

It's just a suggestion.

Second pseudo-healer for chain challenges or tempest trials, if you want to invest in him.

Mine has been benched forever until this past week's Arena Assault, where he took down Fae and A!Tiki like a champ. Dragons are really common now so it's good to have an extra Falchion user. Of course I made the silly mistake of not noticing that Windsweep doesn't work against Dragonstones (need Watersweep for that) since I never cared to give him a proper B skill.

Edit: I'd kill for a Faye but why are you pulling colorless at all on the winter banner?

Didn't know windsweep doesn't work on dragons, nice.

Eh being f2p I found that doing full summons hurts my orbs less, I Tried sniping on other banners and was horrible. Also what were the chances that after a 5 star i would get 3 colorless with a 5 star on it?
(Also she's -atk +def, so it's Just a weapon fooder lol)

Falchion
Reciprocal Aid / Ardent Sacrifice
Draconic Aura
Triangle Adept
Renewal / Swordbreaker
Hone Attack
Hone Speed seal.

Use Triangle Adept to patch up his reduced attack, and build him as a support-type, offensive healer with Renewal.

I also have a less-than-ideal Alm, and run him with a team of mages -- usually Celica, Sonya and Linde. They trashed the the Shadows-themed Tempest Trial, and they make for a pretty solid team in general. I use the mages for offense, and Alm to keep them buffed and healed, as well as to tank incoming melee units or cleanup weakened units, as necessary. I also have him setup in Ally Support with Celica; she's set up as a nuke, and Alm just makes her all the more devastating when kept close.

The only other option is to feed him to another unit for Windsweep, but there's not many units who actually benefit from it. Jaffar or Felicia maybe, using them to debuff distant counter units.
