What to do with a +Atk -Spd WF! Hinoka?

Would something like this work? Not to mention +6 to attack and speed from Hone Fliers (or Attack + Speed Tactic).

I have a +res -spd Hinoka WF that works great. Go with her normal skills but add reposition, goadfliers, and the drive atk 2 seal. She gives +10 atk and +4 spd to nearby fliers and has a 54 atk/40 spd offensive statline while next to an ally. if you want her to be not a flier emblem unit switch the B for a desperation and the C for another drive atk/spd.
