What to do with -ATK +SPD Nephenee

So I summoned a -ATK +SPD Nephenee and I kind of want to build her but I’m not sure what to use for her, so should I just use her for fodder or build her?

-atk is not even a problem in her case. Just build her up with the regular fury build.

Do this, +spd means breaking a lot of speed ties, warding breath plus berkuts lances and res refine means 35 res on enemy phase, meaning glacies is better than ignis or bonfire, especially since breath skills lower cooldown by 2 during enemy phase, so if she doubles on enemy phase she'll smack them with a 35 res glacies, and to ensure that you could trade smoke seal for qr seal, but you'll want with spd smoke to stop anything from doubling you, or atk smoke to take as little damage as possible.

You'll want guard as well to maximize her chances of not getting hit by a special as well.

Having fun is important, but I find it kind of unreasonable to recommend a build that requires multiple premium skills and a weapon change + a refine, to a person who is unsure about whether to even use Nephenee or not. It's easy to give her these skills in a unit builder, but you wouldn't really do it yourself, if it were your resources, so why would you recommend it to someone who is looking for legit advice?

+ Spd is amazing and -Atk is not a big deal. If you have the resources, with Steady Breath, Aether and Quick Riposte she basically becomes Blue B!Ike and she'll destroy any melee red. Otherwise, Fury Moonbow Wrath is pretty good too.

Here is mine for comparison. Iirc she beats every +10 melee red. The fortress defense is there because mine's +Atk - Def, so with the seal she's neutral.
