Hey there! I got a 2nd PA Shigure today and he's got a really bad IV (-spd +def) and I was wondering if I should merge him into my current better Shigure, or to use him for skill inheritance? Please and thank you for the feedback!
Shigure's speed is mostly meh anyway, with +Def, Triangle Adept and Blarraven he can tank Bow Lyn and one-shot her in retaliation unbuffed. Very usable IV, especially if you give him Swordbreaker to fight Sword units and basically makes him dancing Robin. I'd say use him and have two Shigures for whatever you need unless you're also running Raven on the other Shigure.
I would lean toward merging them. Shigure's only fodderable ability of value is Geyser Dance, which has debatable value compared to Wings of Mercy/Breaker skills. I think it can work mind you if you combine it with a good C skill to make your dancer a beastly buffer.
Blue Tome Valor is useful for grinding, but you obviously can get by with one copy of it on him for your team.
