What to do with 2nd B!Veronica

Decided to try one more go round on the CYL2 banner and drew a 2nd B!Veronica. I don’t plan on trying to +10 merge her, so what is the better SI option with her, close guard or wrathful staff?

It really depends what you have available. If you don't have a Genny Wrathful Staff is probably better. Close Guard is only on Veronica though.

Wrathful staff if you plan to +10 another healer.
Close guard for a merge project that you can use in arena.
