What to do?

I pulled a 5 star nino with - spd and + def from the free summon on the blade tomes banner
Fact is that i already have a lv 40 +1 4 star Nino with - atk and + spd (With Fury 3, Seal Res 3 and Hone atk 2). Should i keep the 5 Star Nino and use her, keep her to merge with the other Nino once i'll upgrade her to 5 star or use skill inheritance to give Gronnblade+ to a 3* Cecilia?

Go with Cecilia. She is a monster with the blade set and the best green cavalry right now.

yeah you would get way more out of building up another unit than 2 stat points merging, unless you would never use their skills for SI

For your Nino(s), you can either inherit the better Gronnblade to your 4* Nino or start investing in the 5* Nino, depending on your future plan with Nino (level of merging, final potential, etc).

Here is the equation for you :
4* unit merged+6 = 5* unit unmerged
so : 4* unit merged+10 = 5* unit merged+4

In conclusion, having a 4* unit with the same (or superior) stats to its 5* version is cheaper in terms of feathers, but will be more expensive in terms of heroes (more merges).

Unless you plan on having your 5* unit merged more than 4 times, it may be more interesting to merge 4* versions.

F2P Note: For F2P it's unrealistic to think that you'll get to have all your units to 5* and fully merged at ANY points, so it's just better to accept that some of these will have they max potential diminished (staying at 4*) to unlock a cheaper, faster and greater power (4* unit merged).
