What did everyone Fodder Lewyn for?

Curious to know what everyone did with him as I summoned him for fodder and I'm glad he has 'terrible' ivs. If anyone wants to know the iv, he's +Hp/-Spd. (41 Spd is STILL decent without +3 Spd Seal, so if anyone is going to say 'his Spd is still decent', im foddering him for skills not because he has 'terrible' Ivs) I'm also having a bit of trouble foddering him as he has 2 rare skills for 2 good uses.

What did everyone Fodder him for?

EDIT: I'm obviously going to fodder him after the TT and being included in the unit with Arena bonus.

I think special spiral is much better than odd atk wave, but only on the right units.

You can have atk tactic on her teammate, should i name more reasons? Flyer with guidance and Kagero will work wonders on majority maps with trenches, forests and stuffs that slows your units down. I know that odd atk wave is good for selfbuffing but there are so many ways to get close or even better without foddering OP 5* locked units that brings something new.
Sothe with his dagger, M!Morgan, said tactic skill, M!Corrin, Eirika, Eiphraim, Odin with his new tome...... there just too many things that can give even better results

This one is a question of taste. I personally don't like odd atk wave very much except maybe on units that have a lot of wins without it (and the wave can help secure those few marginal ones).

Like, Lilina for example? She often gets recommended for odd atk wave, and I think most people would like special spiral on her. I think special spiral does way more for her than atk wave.

From an aesthetic standpoint (like, play style aesthetic), I don't like self-buffing. I could accept wave skills as a kind of biorhythm kind of idea, but if we're talking straight up combat potential I prefer other buffs or even ploys in some cases.

And it helps that I tend toward a semi-passive style unless I'm playing a galeforcer or blade tome with a dancer or two, so odd atk wave is not much in demand. If I'm playing semi-passive, usually I need just enough spd to block doubles and to take out an occasional slower opponent; if I'm playing galeforce or blade tome, my dancer can do the buffing.

Ja, generally I find that I prefer to have teammates buff the unit that wants extra atk..

got +atk -spd and i'll use him. After using him i stoped thinking good about odd atk wave, it's handy but if it had range of 2 not 1 squares away i would consider said skill for SI, so if you want to fodder him off use his b slot skill i cant remember name of.

So I saw a Special Spiral 3 Soleil a few days ago in the Top Contributors in Brave Ephraims VG team. I thought it was beautiful, and felt compelled to pull for Lewyn, despite needing to save orbs and despite originally planning to skip this banner.

First stone summoned was a bad IVs Lewyn. It was a sign. So Soleil got it in a heartbeat, and is now nuking with AOE specials, Luna, and Aether. :)

Special Spiral easily. Allows units to have 2 turn specials permanently (Think Ayra)

4 turn specials can be fired off every turn after the initial usage.

And can even have Aether proc on every first hit using a breath skill alongside it.

Its invaluable.

I summoned for him to give Special Spiral to Sanaki. She's never really had a proper B skill and it seems perfect for her.
