I'll start:
Both Kanas - Tidal Fury - Grants Atk/Def/Spd/Res +4 but inflicts 6 damage after combat.
Special refine: When this unit's HP is lower or equal to 75%, unit makes consecutive follow-up attacks. ( That description was terrible but desp basically. )

Escape Route is his natural B skill, it can already be used to his advantage with positioning and Ploys, overall supporting strongly. If he can get his health under half (especially with the help of Fury), he can be put next to an ally at the end of a turn to buff a unit's stats by 3 each while also debuffing foes' stats by 5 each with Quad Ploy easier on the next turn, making his supporting abilities even better.

I love your Arvis and Lyon refines. It fit really nice with their rol. That Fury 3 on Arvis make free his A slot (now he can use skills like Distant Defense) and the support effect on skills like Sacrifice or Ardent Sacrifice is very good too.

And Lyon I would like they give him TA so he can also get a free Distant Defense on A slot or even a Distant Counter on A slot. Other posibility is Guard as refine.

Normal: Grants def/res x2 per ally withing 2 spaces (Max 8)
Refine: Grants atk/spd/def/res in combat x 0.5 the bonus to that stat. (rounded down)
(So a defence version of B!Tharja effect, and boosting the power of buffs)

A reference to him being 1# a defender and 2# closely tied to the renais twins, who are buffers.

Olivier
Grimore of beauty
Normal: + 4 def/res when the enemy initiates combat
Refine: If within 2 spaces of a unit using sing or dance, unit can counterattack regardless of range.

Shiro
Bright naginata
Normal: If the enemy initiates combat, grants +4 atk/def
Refine: Grants +2 to every stat per enemy withing 2 spaces.

I like the reference with shiro's refine!
When you said max def/res for Seth would be 8, does it mean that it doesn't exclude him as an ally within two spaces? If not the max you'd able to get in a team would be 6.

There, now severa is worth using and is mostly powercreep proof'd against sword units.

Normal Effect: Effective against Lance foes.
Special Effect: If foe is a Lance user, unit makes a follow-up attack and foe cannot. Swift Sparrow 3
Couldn't do the daughter without her mother being the same.

Oscar
Short Spear - 16 Mt
Normal Effect: Darting Stance 3
Special Effect: If units spd > Foes spd, Unit can counter attack at any distance.
They opened the floodgates for conditional DC, had to be done.

Fae
Divine Breath - 16 Mt
Normal Effect: Effective against Dragons.
Special Effect: If unit initiates combat, grants +3 to each stat. If unit initiates combat, and units range = foes range, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack and foe cannot. If foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res.
Like Myrrhs weapon, but different, and aimed at player phase to remove the generic steady breath builds, while also being relatively in-line with how the divine stone works in binding blade.

I like the idea of more conditional DC effects.
It should maybe be a bit harder to use, maybe 3 speed higher than the foe.

I also thought of a fun way to use an effect like that for dragon killing (but close counter in that case)
It's a theory weapon for a potential Athos.

Effective damage agaist dragonstone units.
If target uses dragonstone, unit can counterattack at any range and enemy damage calculated using the higher of Def or Res.

I think that the +3 bonusses are unneeded. That's something usually added to new weapons with an effect that's not super strong (like Ivaldi for example)

That axe would be perfect for Hawkeye though.

Really? I thought that these days every legendary weapon that's not slaying or DC has a +3 stat.
Tho you're right, we never had a new weapon added after unit's release with a +3.
