What can Zelgius do which BK can't?

Pretty much the title. There's a BST Difference and IV access, with Zelgius' access to unique B skill.

But since that B skill is ditched for BoldFighter and stuff, who does BK fail to kill which Zelgius can? I see really no difference and BK seems to have a muuuuch cooler 'Will you survive?' xD

Well Zegius has better defences (+3 def/res) and higher attack.
So there's something.

But BK is just better because he can be merged. And BK will be a better user of special fighter, since his merges give him the speed.

just 1 example though,
with his best kit, he fails to kill alm with black Luna.
Zelgius on the other hand can 1 shot alm.

anyway zelgius is much better due to IVs. you can build him to have high atk or high spd, while BK is stuck with 34/34.

Very simple : Zelgius is the premium choice if you can High merge him. BK is the "F2P" option, with the possibility to merge him to a reasonable level.
They perform almost the same,
BK is a really strong unit and is totally free to merges/get.
Zelgius is a really strong unit more min/maxed than BK but you need orbs and luck to merge him.

Simple :

BK ***** lvl 40+10 = 52 hp 54 Atk 38 Spd 39 Def 22 Res
No IV
And yes +10 now you can with the new mode up him to +10 ! Actualy if you missed none of the events he can be +3 or +4 for "free" (insane !)

Zelgius ***** lvl 40+10 = 50 hp 56 atk 37 spd 42 def 25 res
IV ok.

Zelgius - BK =
-2 Hp +2 Atk -1 Spd +3 def +3 Res

So basicaly a neutral Zelgius in overall stats is better than BK, znd he come with a free Panic Ploy !

-But he don't say : "FOOL" ! or "Will you survive ?" <3

In fact it's pretty similar but Zelgius is far away more difficult to obtain, i got 0 of them since he comme out ...

When limited units with no IVs has similar stats when compared to a regular unit, the general ruling is that the limited units are better in the short run, especially since we have the Grail system. However, due to IVs, it's possible to min-max the regular units, so if you can get the ball rolling on them, then they're better in the long run. Inversely, regular units are liable to get RNG screwed with their IVs so they can also be unreliable in that regard. Overall, because regular units are now harder to get in general with the Grail system making limited units easier, the latter may ultimately be the best in 90% of instances, since high merging is most common with high spenders/insanely lucky people.
