What build required to charge galeforce nonstop?

I've been thinking isn't it cool to have galeforce charged on and on and on? one character that wipe out the whole army within one turn? I prefer the character to be cavalry because of the high movement of course.

if you could, it might go like +atk iv, heavyblade a skill, slaying lance atk refined, wrath b skill, and qp for the seal.

A Brave Bow build with Heavy Blade as an A skill (LnD/ Swift Sparrow with the HB skill/Brave Roy), Wrath or Desperation as the B skill and...Threaten atk/ Atk Smoke to ensure HB procs or Threaten Speed/ Speed Smoke to ensure doubles. QP as the seal. You can only proc Galeforce once per turn, but you can use the Galeforce proce to get out of range.

"Cannot use: Bow"

Siegbert, Legendary Ephraim, Exalt Chrom, and Frederick are the best users of Galeforce in my opinion. Pick your favorite and build around him.

Wrath and Galeforce doesn't Sound like a good decision.
