What to build for Micaiah -atk/+spd?

I finally pulled her after like 150 orbs, however, with the worst IVs I can imagine :( How should I build her? I'm thinking keeping Distant def 3 and Quick Riposte. But I'm also thinking of Fury and Desperation.
Which is better? Please help me.

well you are +Spd so if you put L&D3 and the Speed+3 seal you will have 51 attack and 39 speed, which is average, but it prevents doubles which is nice, then you can run a breaker skill on your b-Slot and something like threaten Res for your c-slot and you should be a decent armor and horse check (mainly an armor check because horses are usually pretty fast)

Or you could swap the speed+3 seal for a ploy, she will still have 33 res with L&D which is still enough for ploy IMO, but i would personally go with speed+3 just to avoid doubles
