I use the same team as you (Nowi, M!Grima,F!Grima,A!Tiki). For these I use tactics although I have been questioning the way I use it for each of them.
M!Grima-Atk Tactic - Already has ridiculous Atk and giving atk to his team is a worthy sacrifice imo especially when mine has vengeful fighter(until I get my hands on a Hardin)
F!Grima-Spd Tactic -I haven't got my hands on a L!Lyn yet but I'm currently considering if spd tactic would be a good idea for her. Already has pretty decent speed that can help prevent doubles on my other dragons.
Nowi-Res Tactic - Has the highest Res in my team and considered using her to fight against falchion users.Res Tactic also helps Tiki fight against Naga users.
A!Tiki-Def Tactic - Def tactic to help Nowi defend against Falchion users

To be fair, though, your question can be interpreted in different ways since you put "you" in the question.

Honestly, I'm not really sure what you're wanting for an answer. If you're wanting an answer for buffs that's exclusive to dragons, then it sounds like you're wanting "Fortify Dragons" or "Ward Dragons". You can also go with "Hone Dragons" and "Goad Dragons" if you want to, but it mostly depends on how exactly you're using your team.

Hope this helped? lol

I obviously know what they are..........

Im asking which ones do you use on that said team like an example is you use Hone/Fortify for H.E but not A.E

There is no 'correct' C skills to use on units. If you want to use Hones/Fortifies on Dragon Emblem, then go ahead. If you want to use Goads/Wards, then go ahead. Again, it's all about what you want them to do, and about preference, unless you're trying to copy the classic Dragon Emblem set-up that most people do.

I'm a bit confused by your question, so I'm trying the best I can. xD

What they're trying to say and you are clearly aren't grasping (while coming off kinda rude, not sure if you meant to but you did) is that there is no set formula. There are the obvious skills that apply only to dragons but I've noticed that different people have different preferences. Some prefer to load multiple Wards and/or Goads (since they stack), some even use more than one Hone/Fortify so that you can apply them to more units (even though they don't stack).

If you are trying to find a cookie cutter build to use, then you are doing it wrong. It all comes down to what your IVs are and therefore what your weakness and strengths are, how you like to play (offensive or defensive) and which game mode you are playing EG this week in Arena I am running Nowi, Y. Tiki, L!Robin, and Zelgius, and I'm running two tactics, because I can't have a full dragon team if I want the bonus score, and this was the highest ranking team I could come up with. I wanted to run a Hone but I simply couldn't find a way to work in a unit that I taught that to that would result in the arena results I wanted.

Personally, on dragon, I usually end up running Hone, Fortify, and a Goad or Ward, and a Ploy, and sometimes Chill Speed, or Chill Res on one of the units. Sometimes I run them all, sometimes I am stuck running things I don't want to run because of the challenge I am trying to overcome and I simply have to work with what I have. It's not like you can just go to the IS store and buy whatever it is people recommend to you.

Really, you need to look at your strengths and think about how to capitalize on them, and imo more importantly you need to look at where your units are weakest and and then go from there.

This is a strategy game, so look at what you have to work with and strategize.
