Should I wait for tomorrow for the summer banner or go for Heroes with Luna, or keep going with the Summer's Arrival?? Because I really want Hinoka, but my luck has been horrible with me even getting a Pitybreaker Mist of all thing on the Summer Arrival banner (ish) Summer banner when I was going for Noire. I didn't even know she was 5 Star obtainable.

Well, if you care about Arena, then you should probably avoid seasonal units unless you want them for fodder or are planning on pulling more for merges.
With that in mind, I'd probably recommend going for the Luna banner, or just saving your orbs for CYL.
And yeah, I've been pity-broken by Mist twice. I still have both of them in my barracks. lol
If you are F2P then don't waste on banners that has units that can be summoned in the normal summoning pool, But if you really really want Hinoka and you don't really care for the summer banners then summon for her.
IMO if you just want units that are right out of the box then go for the new summer banner cause Tiki is really really good. on par with Myrrh.
You should just summon on which banner that you want that has the unit that you want.
I don't suggest firing at anything with 20 orbs. The probability of not getting Hinoka in 20 orbs is around 85%. On the coming summer banner, 3% shared between four units will give you an even lower probability of obtaining any specific focus unit.
i noticed that you complain a lot about your luck. How many orbs do you normally fire at a single banner?
I had all these iTunes gift cards lying around that I was given a long time ago and I spent: Arnound 250 on the last Legendary Banner (only got Myhhr), 60 on the Summer Banner (Only got Mist). And before that I only got a bad IV Karla after what felt like over 100 Orbs when I was sniping for Legault.
