What are the odds?

I just freaking pulled my 3rd -atk +res Legendary Ephraim -_-
Has anyone else had such terrible RNG with a certain unit's IVs, or does this Lord just hate me?

Don't worry. I summoned 3 performing Inigos and they are all -atk +def

Yeah, but he can't kill anything even with an optimized build that I made for him and it makes him infuriatingly boring to use. Ephraim at +2 even at -atk will be really strong and you won't have to worry about his viability.

I’m not lucky enough to get any 5 star more than twice so ya , different kind of RNG

And the only reason I don’t have more than 2 copy of 5 star hero’s is because of bad RNG even when I summoned for the same heroes on multiple banners

I feel you, every unit I get is either -Atk or, if Atk doesn't matter that much e.g. for Bladetome users, it's -Spd.
For mages it's then +Def, for armores +Spd and so one. Really frustrating.
Just got a -Atk +Def F!Morgen after 100 Orbs as a pitybreaker.

Yea I feel you I’ve pulled four L!Robins. Either +atk or +spd -hp or -res

how does that even classify as terrible RNG when you got the two better boons combined with the arguably best banes?

Those are good IVs for either grima if you have the right team support. +spd M.Grima with hone armour has 33 spd before A-skill which can block some doubles and double slow units. -res is a specializing option for both grimas, electing to let teammates take care of mages while they focus on other stats

Yes most of the ivs that was mentioned was decent to good ivs set but not some are not good as in optimum ivs such as a +spd M Grima would not do much with VF already offers double and with - res as a -4 it can affect arena scores

The point of 33 spd is not to achieve a natural double but to block doubles by further increasing his spd using goad buffs or A-skill or ally support or etc.

Oh the bright side dude, his Siegmund grants him +3 attack, so the bane is offset :)
But yeah, I know your pain. On average every 6 out of 10 of my 5 stars are -atk.

The IV looks terrible, but if you give him death blow and support him with hone cavalry it's actually totally fine. He reaches 64 atk, which will pretty much always activate heavy blade.

In fact, I'd actually consider armoured blow if I had an atk boon on mine. 70atk might fail to trigger galeforce too often due to OHKO.
