What are Legendary Tiki's downfalls?

I have Julia and Deirdre as counters against Legendary Tiki because of the Divine Naga tomes.

I don't think she really has any real downfalls. She has minor disadvantages, but no downfalls. Minor disadvantages meaning "Prefers armor march support" and "Can't run Steady and Fierce Breath at the same time."

well, Um....
shes an armor unit? So she can only move one space? Does this count? No?

Well, I geuss a +spd fury 3 phantom speed watersweep Julia would have 1 more speed than a +spd L!tiki, so you could run a watersweep build to avoid getting hit back.

Though that would have Julia kinda useless against anything else, best to stick with brash assault desperation and find a way to get Julia below 75% health beforehand.

Dragon (which she can't avoid) and armor weaknesses and 1 movement by default, I guess.

She the least threathen by anti dragon hero in the entire game, she OS both Julia and Deirdre when she initiate, She also as the speed, color and bulk to take on any red anti dragon unit, and against herself, well you just have to initiate on the right order depending on the build. So being a dragon hardly a dissadvantage for her

If you play her, not many and all of her weaknesses are easily manageable. If your question is how to kill her safely in arena assault, then there's not a lot a ways to do it. Have a couple a strong green unit with a slaying hammer and OS her when she's not buffed on a defensive tile. Strong brave green hero such as Cherche can OS her also and very strong and fast green mages. Julia and Deirdre can also OS her obviously. Generic non bold fighter green hero will fall to her.

I mean, there aren't that many fast and easy counters, but there are enough right? Bartre +atk, slaying hammer Anna, Cherche, probably Lewyn, probably Nino because her atk isn't monstrously high except against dragons, probably most fast green mages. That's at least 6-7 options so unless you're juggling to get +28 blessing bonuses I don't think it should be a problem.

Melee Greens with a lot of res like Anna, Sheena, Titania or Hawkeye.

Or guys with a hammer and high attack to OHKO her like bartre, cherche or frederick.
