Must admit, I find the ploys a bit shaky for PvE. Sometimes they're great, and other times reinforcements are coming from angles that won't let you ploy. Otherwise, I like it. If you get rid of the ploys then maybe swift sparrow or even brazen atk/spd (or possibly atk/def?!) so she can take an extra hit here and there.
I would have questioned glacies, but I do similarly on Felicia so I know it can work. But...no flier buff support?

I pretty much built her the same way for PvP and PvE. I used Aether though because Galeforce is the more offensive approach and unless she's the bonus unit, you don't want her to do the killing. And I like Aether's sustain more than getting another turn. Sometimes she might overkill units and miss the timing on Galeforce so Aether is there for assurance. Still Galeforce is not too bad for some PvE content.
As for ploys, I used Atk and Def then Chill spd. Reason being is when I align her with the bonus unit for the bonus unit to take the hit, I want the enemy's atk and def down. With Chill spd, it will always get the speediest unit, enough to probably take it down where they could no longer double the bonus unit and if the speediest cannot double, the rest of their team can't either and I like the -7 debuff on that stat more than any other.
Since I have dual rally for all stats on the other two support units for arena, I kept reposition on Caeda for maneuverability.
PvE build looks good. You can even use Galeforce for along with the Fury+Desp combo so she can potentially sweep entire maps quickly, especially with a dancer.
