Yeah she still good with that bane trust me it could be worst and mines have tge same ivs as yours and her skill set is designed to hit hard in a flier team with goads and buffs so that -3 atk really is not that bad.

She has so much spd it doesn't even matter. Basically if you don't care about flier emblem go for this:
Warrior Princess
Reposition/Rally Atk/Spd
Luna/Moonbow
Atk/Spd Bond 3
Desperation 3
Drive Atk 2
Drive Atk 2 Seal
This allows her to give +9 atk to nearby allies and boost herself up to 48 atk and 46 spd while next to an ally. With all that she is able to do major support and major burst. If you want to use her with flier emblem (recommended) Swap the Drive Atk 2 C slot for Goad Fliers and if you want more consistent procs of her A slot run her Flier formation over Desperation.
